WHAT TIMES DO YOU DELIVER BETWEEN
Monday to Friday - we aim to deliver to all customers between 10:00 – 6:30pm on their chosen delivery date.
CAN I SET MY OWN DELIVERY TIME
Unfortunately not just yet, however we are working hard to ensure this is a feature in the coming weeks.
ARE THERE DELIVERY CHARGES
Yes, £4.99 per order under £29.99 and £5.99 per order £30+, plus any applicable taxes.
DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT
Yes, £20 per customer per order. Please note all prices are excluding VAT, which may be added during the order process.
CAN I SEND THE ORDER TO SOMEONE ELSE’S ADDRESS
Yes, simply provide your loved ones’ name and address as the ‘Shipping Address’ during the order process and we will happily surprise them with our delicious food!
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER
If you need to cancel your order, you must email email@example.com at least two full days before your order is due for delivery. After this time, unfortunately we cannot accept cancellations or amendments.
HOW SOON CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER
You must place your order at least 2 days before your selected delivery date so our fantastic vendors have enough time to prepare and perfect your orders!
