Information about us and our purpose

Welcome to the Nutrifix Platform for Nutrifix @ Home, Feed Me (or my Loved Ones) Service.

Nutrifix @ Home, Feed Me (or my Loved Ones) Service is operated by Nutrifix Limited (“we or us”), a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales, whose registered office is at 19a Northcote Road, London, England, SW11 1NG. Our Company registration number is 10037318. You may contact us at delivery@nutrifix.co, and by phone on 020 7183 5396.

Our purpose is to make it easier for you to find and receive healthy and sustainable meals or meal ingredients, suited to your dietary needs and preferences. You will only be able to use the Nutrifix @ Home, Feed Me (or my Loved Ones) Service if you sign up with us for a Feed Me (or my Loved Ones) Service on our website at https://nutrifix.co/ and register your details and a payment method or if you have previously opened and still have an active account with us.

We do not prepare meals or meal ingredients, we do not supply meals or meal ingredients, we do not deliver meals or meal ingredients. What we do is act as a facilitating intermediator, arranging the mechanisms by which meals or meal ingredients can be chosen, ordered, paid for, and delivered to you.

We have the right to determine who can hold and operate a Nutifix @ Home, Feed Me (or my Loved Ones) Service account, and who becomes and remains a Participating Meal Supplier. We also have ultimate control over how meals or meal ingredients are delivered, and have partnered with Gophr https://uk.gophr.com/to arrange deliveries to you.

Nutrifix @ Home, Feed Me (or my Loved Ones) Service Terms of Service

This document (together with the documents referred to in it) tells you the terms (the “Terms”) which apply when you order any Meals “(this term includes meal ingredients) from Participating Meal Suppliers via our website or mobile applications and related services (each referred to as the “Nutrifix Platform”).

Please read these Terms carefully before ordering any Meals from the Nutrifix Platform. If you have any questions relating to these Terms please contact delivery@nutrifix.co before you place an order. As the end user recipient of your order, you have certain legal rights. You can find more information about these rights at: https://www.food.gov.uk/business-guidance/distance-selling-mail-order-and-delivery?navref=main Your legal rights are not affected by these Terms, which apply in addition to them and do not replace or override them.  By signing up to receive the Nutrifix @ Home, Feed Me (or my Loved Ones) Service, you confirm that you accept these Terms.

Your Account 

Before you can place orders for Meals using the Nutrifix Platfrom, you need to create and complete your Nutrifix profile. To create and complete a Nutrifix profile you need to complete the details on the form found on our website during the ordering process and provide a valid means of payment.

If you open a Nutrifix account you may create a password, or other secure login method. You must keep any password you create, or other secure login method, secret, and prevent others from accessing your Nutrifix @ Home, Feed Me (or my Loved Ones) Service account. If another person uses these methods to access your account, you will be responsible to pay for any Meals they order, and we are not responsible for any other losses you suffer, unless the person using your password obtained it because we did not keep it secure.

You may close your account at any time by requesting us to do so (please email delivery@nutrifix.co), We may suspend your access to your account, or close it permanently, if it appears that your account has been used by someone else. We may also suspend or close your account if it appears that you are abusing our service in any way. If we, close your account permanently we will refund any remaining account credit you have validly obtained from us, by applying a credit to your registered payment card, or if that is not possible for any reason, by way of a bank transfer, provided you have supplied bank details to us.

Service Availability

Participating Meal Suppliers, available Meals and their delivery zones and delivery time windows may vary due to factors such as available resources, weather, or other variable operating parameters. As much advance warning as possible will be given. The availability of Nutrifix @ Home, Feed Me (or my Loved Ones) Service, and the range of Participating Meal Suppliers from whom you can order, will vary accordingly, depending on the Participating Meal Suppliers in your area. Details will be posted on the Nutrifix Platform.

Ordering and Receiving your Meal

All orders for Meals must be placed by the times and in the manner specified on the Nutrifix Platform. Attempts to place an order after these deadlines will be rejected.

Delivery logistics are arranged on your behalf by our delivery facilitator Gophr https://uk.gophr.com/. Nutrifix @ Home, Feed me (or my Loved Ones) service is operating using ‘No Contact’ deliveries at this time. When your Meal is delivered, your driver will follow any instructions you leave at the time of ordering and will knock/ring the buzzer and stand at least 2m away to ensure the safety of all parties. You will be asked to confirm that you have received the correct Meal per your order. You may subsequently be asked to provide feedback on matters such as on quality of Meals and quality of service.

Unfortunately, despite our delivery partner’s best efforts, things do not always go to plan and factors such as traffic and weather conditions may prevent your order being delivered on time. Nutrifix is not responsible for any late deliveries, but we will work with our deliver partner to resolve any late delivery as best we can.

Allergens

Participating Meal Suppliers may use allergens in the preparation of certain Meals, or Meals may unintentionally contain allergens by exposure of ingredients to allergens either during preparation of Meals or further back in the supply chain of ingredients used. We cannot guarantee that any of the Meals supplied by Participating Meal Suppliers are free of allergens. In case of concerns please contact the Participating Meal Supplier direct. Nutrifix is not responsible for the accuracy and completeness of nutritional information supplied to the Nutrifix Platform, and all liability remains with the Participating Meal Supplier.

Cancellation of orders

You may cancel your order as instructed on the Nutrifx Platform (see FAQs) at any time before the deadline shown.

You will not be charged for any orders cancelled appropriately using the above procedure, and we will reimburse you for any payment already made using the same method you used to pay for your order.  

Prices and Payment

The total price of your order will be set out on the checkout page on the Nutrifix Platform, including the prices of Meals and delivery (if ordered) and applicable taxes. Prices exclude VAT, which may be added during the ordering process.

All payments, can be made through the Nutrifix Platform by using your registered payment card. Payment is made to those entitled to receive it, via us on their behalf.

What happens when something goes wrong

If something goes wrong you should, without delay, take the matter up with the Nutrifix Support Team at delivery@nutrifix.co.

We, in discussion with our delivery partner Gophr, and the Participating Meal Supplier will promptly identify, agree, and take any corrective action required, which may include an appropriate refund of payments taken from your registered payment card. 

Prior to processing your refund or account credit, we may take into account relevant factors including the details of the order, including your account history, what happened on delivery and information from the Participating Meal Supplier, and from our delivery partner Gophr.

We do not exclude or limit our responsibility to you for loss or damage where it would be unlawful to do so. However, we exclude liability for, and will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage that you suffer other than foreseeable direct loss or direct damage suffered by reason of our own negligence in relation to a legal duty of that we owe you, whether judicially determined or voluntarily accepted by us.

Variation of Terms

We may change these Terms from time to time. If we make any changes which affect your rights under these Terms, we will notify you.

Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in the English courts. If you live in Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland you can bring legal proceedings in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.
